Memory Bears
These bears are truly the perfect way to treasure your precious memories. Made from your loved ones clothing, a babies first year, a school uniform, bridal wear etc.
The bears are approximately 30cm tall, and can be made from 2 large adults shirt, or 5 - 6 baby grows. I may decrease the size of the bear slightly if I dont have enough items to use, or your items are patterned, as I need to match the pattern. Any items that I dont use or have left I will offer to return these to you.
If you'd like your bear weighted (up to 10lbs) to match your baby's birth weight, please enter your baby's weight at birth in the comment box in pounds and ounces.
I usually embrider the footbpads, this can include a name, DOB, birth weight. I can only get a maximum of three lines on the pad, on a smaller font, so please bear this in mind. I will choose a coloured embroidery thread to compliment your bear.
Your bear design will include collars, buttons, hoods, poppers, labels and any badges that can be used from the fabric provided. If you require removable items of clothing (jumpers/tshirts) these are charged separately, please specify on your instructions.
If you have any special requests of what to include on your bear please specify this in your instructions. I will try to incorporate all your instructions and will contact you if there is any difficulty with your request.
Material
You will need to send enough material to enable me to make the bear. To give you an idea, a meter by a meter of material should be sufficient, however, I always suggest that you send over a little extra, just incase. Lots of colours are ideal, I will try to ensure that I use everything that you send us. All material not used will be sent back with the bear unless you state otherwise. If for any reason you do not send enough material, I will let you know, at this point you can either send other material, or alternatively I may have some material that would work for your needs.

SAFETY AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Due to the bespoke nature of your keepsake, I am unable to CE safety test. They are sold as keepsakes and not toys, and should not be left with a child under the age of 14 unattended. Totally Handmade cannot accept any liability for the misuse of keepsakes.
Because of the nature of these keepsakes they are not suitable for hand or machine washing and should be spot cleaned only, taking care.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
I charge a flat rate of £6 for shipping. I will send any clothing left and your keepsake in the same package, however, if you wish I can send them as separates, however, there will be an additional cost to cover two separate parcels. I will be unable to calculate the cost of the second parcel until after the keepsake has been made, as this will be calculated on weight. Just message me to let me know that this is your preference and I will arrange it and let you know the additional cost.
I will send them all tracked via Royal Mail. You will receive a dispatch notifcation from me and I will provide Royal Mail with your email details and phone number if I have it so you will be able to track your parcel.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Due to the bespoke nature of your keepsake, I am unable to offer a refund.
EMBROIDERY
I will stitch all embroidery as it has been written, so please ensure you check it. Please ensure if you want it in Capitals and lower case letters you write it like this in your request. Please feel free to message me if you are unsure about any requests, I'm always here to help.
