Luxury keepsake quilt
These gorgeous quilts are made from you loved ones special clothing, the perfet way to treasure these precious memories.
How are they made? I use your clothing for the quilt top, which is then backed with premium quality wadding and I choose a backing colour that compliments your clothes (unless you've chosen a colour already - in which case just let me know in your instructions).
Size
Cot bed size - approximately 75cm x 105cm (roughly 20 plus babygrows or similar required)
Single - approximately 120cm x 150cm (roughly 40 plus babygrows or similar required)
Double - approximately 165 x 150cm (roughly 60 plus babygrows or similar required)
The minimum number of clothing is flexible, as I can always add extra material from my stash to make up the difference. I will always pick up the phone if there isnt enough to discuss your options, and please feel free to message me if you are worried you may not have enough items. I'm always happy to add extra's, for example, bibs, hats, socks etc.
Pop your details for embroidery on your message, this can be a name, a date of birth (both), please specify where you would like this positioned on your instructions. I will generally place this patch with embroidery at the bottom of the quilt on the far right, unless I hear from you to the contrary.
You will see from my front page, my current time estimate for makes. It is usually around 3 weeks from receipt of your clothing, but you will need to choose a date from your options on checkout.
SAFETY & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Due to the bespoke nature of your keepsake I am unable to CE saftey test them. They are sold as keepsakes and not toys and should not be left with a child under the age of 14.
The quilts can be washed at a low temperature on a delicate setting, but please remember batting will shrink up to 5%. The quilts can not be tumble dried . Any ironing should be done on a low setting.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your keepsake will be sent to you using Royal Mail Tracked service. I charge a flat rate for this service of £6. I will send all items together, this will be your keepsake and any clothing that I have not used. If you would prefer for them to be sent separately, I am happy to arrange this, however, there will be an additional cost, and this will be calculated on the weight of the clothing left (which can only be calculated after the keepsake has been completed).
