FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ITEM?

All our products are made to order, so we'll start work on them as soon as your order comes into our workshop.  If you have requested embroidery, please allow a maximum of 5 days from purchase for us to complete your item before we send it out.  We put a lot of love and attention in to all our makes, we want them to last, and so if we do take extra time,  please be patient.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payment is made at checkout.  We offer the facility to pay using credit/debit/apple pay and paypal

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All our items are made to order.  We are unable to offer a refund unless the product is faulty.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE ROBE TO ORDER?

We always suggest that you measure from the back of the neck to where you want the robe to finish, usually most people like it between their shins and knees.  Once you know this measurement have a look at the size guides and choose the size that will work for you.

Our robes are made extra wide, so that you can get changed inside them.  If you're worried that there will not be enough room for you, then we suggest that you measure your width, including your arms by your side, and then check the measurements given alongside the robe.  If you need a few inches adding, just email us.  All our robes are made to order, so we can adjust as necessary, although we might have to charge a little more, we'll try and keep the cost as low as possible.

WHAT MATERIAL IS MY ITEM MADE FROM?

In the description on the product page you will find details of material used.  We try very hard to ensure that our products are made using the best material that we can find, a lot of time and effort has been made to source our material.  If you have any questions please email us, we will always try and get back to you within 24 hours with an answer.
